I AM REGISTERED UNDER THE COMPOSITION SCHEME. I HAVE TO SELL SOME CAPITAL GOODS BOUGHT LAST YEAR.. DO I CHARGE GST ON THE SALE OF USED CAPITAL GOODS AND IF YES.. THEN AT WHAT RATE?
