GST – States – 96/ST-2 – Dated:- 6-10-2017 – GOVERNMENT OF HARYANA EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 6th October, 2017 No. 96/ST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:- 1. These rules may be called the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Eighth Amendment) Rules, 2017. 2. In the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (herein after called the said rules), in rule 24, in sub-rule (4), for the figures, letters and word, 30th September , the figures, letters and word 31st October shall be substituted. 3.
