The petitioner agreed to deposit a bank guarantee of the original amount of Rs. 8,40,924/-. Subject to depositing the bank guarantee, the petitioner's truck and material would be released after obtaining photographs and fulfilling other formalities. The respondents were granted liberty to issue notice to the petitioner u/s 129(3) for imposition of penalty.
