S.O-58-Dated 18th July, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred in Sections 3 and 4 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act 12 of 2017) , the State Government do hereby appoint the officers under the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 mentioned in column 2 of the Table below as the officers under this Act with the designation specified each in column (3) thereof:-
