Ms. No. 46, Puducherry, dated 25th September 2018) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Tenth Amendment) Rules, 2018. (2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules they shall be deemed to have been come into force with effect from 13th day of October, 2018. 2. In rule 80, the two sub-rules below sub-rule (1) which are numbered as (1) and (2), shall be renumbered as (2) and (3) respectively with effect from 1st July, 2017. 2.
