NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government hereby make the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 issued in G.O.Ms.No.227, Revenue (CT-II) Dept., Dt.22-06-2017 as subsequently amended. 1. (i) These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Twenty Sixth Amendment) Rules, 2018.
