CAN A TRANSPORTER REGISTERED IN DIFFERENT STATES OPT FOR FCM IN ONE STATE AND RCM IN ANOTHER STATE and WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE TO TAKE INPUT TAX CREDIT ?
