FD 47 CSL 2017, BENGALURU, DATED: 09\/11\/2017<br \/>\nNOTIFICATION ( 4-G \/2017)<br \/>\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), on the recommendations of the Council, the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:-<br \/>\nRULES<br \/>\n1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2017.<br \/>\n (2) They shall come into force on the date <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Plain text (Extract) only<\/strong><BR>For full text:-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxtmi.com\/notifications?id=123684\">Visit the Source <\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p>h, 2018, and shall furnish the statement in FORM GST ITC-03 in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (4) of rule 44 within a period of ninety days from the day on which such person commences to pay tax under section 10:<br \/>\nProvided that the said persons shall not be allowed to furnish the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 after the statement in FORM GST ITC-03 has been furnished&#8221;.<br \/>\n3. Insertion of new rule 46A.- After rule 46 of the said rules, the following shall be inserted namely:-<br \/>\n&#8220;46A. Invoice-cum-bill of supply.- Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 46 or rule 49 or rule 54, where a registered person is supplying taxable as well as exempted goods or services or both to an unregistered person, he may issue a single &#8220;invoice-cum-<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Plain text (Extract) only<\/strong><BR>For full text:-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxtmi.com\/notifications?id=123684\">Visit the Source <\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p>ection 10 and shall furnish the returns as applicable to him for the period of the quarter prior to opting to pay tax under section 10&#8243;.<br \/>\n6. Amendment of FORM GST CMP-02.- In FORM GST CMP &#8211; 02 of the said rules, for the words, figures and brackets &#8220;See rule 3(2)&#8221;, the words, figures, brackets and letter &#8220;See rule 3(3) and 3(3A)&#8221; shall be substituted;<br \/>\n7. Amendment of FORM GSTR-1.- In FORM GSTR &#8211; 1 of the said rules, for Table 6, the following shall be substituted, namely:-<br \/>\n &#8220;6. Zero rated supplies and Deemed Exports<br \/>\nGSTIN of recipient<br \/>\nInvoice details<br \/>\nShipping bill\/ Bill of export<br \/>\nIntegrated Tax<br \/>\nCess<br \/>\nNo.<br \/>\nDate<br \/>\nValue<br \/>\nNo.<br \/>\nDate<br \/>\nRate<br \/>\nTaxable value<br \/>\nAmt.<br \/>\n1<br \/>\n2<br \/>\n3<br \/>\n4<br \/>\n5<br \/>\n6<br \/>\n7<br \/>\n8<br \/>\n9<br \/>\n10<br \/>\n6A. Exports<br \/>\n6B.
