\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and in exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 03 of 2005), the Lt.
