If we consider cess, some products like tobacco attract a 35 per cent tax,\u00e2\u00e2\u0082\u00ac\u009d he said.<br \/>\nAccording to Kumaramangalam, confusion about tax slabs is adversely affecting small businesses because compliance has become a huge challenge.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u00e2\u0082\u00ac\u00c5\u0093This (compliance) is not an issue for large corporates because they have a separate department to handle it. These complications are benefiting large companies only.
