\nThe Model has not been authenticated by the CBEC and has not been uploaded. So be cautious in this regard till the time it is not authenticated by CBEC.

\nThe Reply: Yes this is just a draft rule and not uploaded in CBEC. The report is submitted by Empowered Committee of State Finance minister with suggested set of act to be included in GST act.
