\nADMINISTRATION
\nOfficers under this Act.
\n3. The Government shall, by notification, appoint the following classes of officers for the purposes of this Act, namely:-
\n(a) Principal Commissioner or Chief Commissioner or Commissioner of State tax;
\n(b) Special Commissioners of State tax;
\n(c) Additional Commissioners of State tax;
