\n3. Officers under this Act.-
\nThe Government shall, by notification, appoint the following classes of officers for the purposes of this Act, namely:
\n(a) Commissioner of Taxes,
\n(b) Joint Commissioners of Taxes,
\n(c) Deputy Commissioners of Taxes,
\n(d) Assistant Commissioners of Taxes,
\n(e) Superintendents of Taxes, and
\n(f) Inspectors of Taxes;\n <\/p>\n
