Officers under this Act.
\n03. The Government shall, by notification, appoint the following classes of officers for the purposes of this Act, namely:-
\n(a) Principal Commissioner or Chief Commissioner of State tax,
\n(b) Special Commissioners of State tax,
\n(c) Additional Commissioners of State tax,
\n(d) Joint Commissioners of State tax,
\n(e) Deputy Commissioners of State tax,
