A Company is engaged in exports of goods relating to Iron & Steel Industry. Now this Company is using the services of Clearing & Forwarding agents & Banking & Financial Services in this regards… According to the provisions, these both services are exempted and the Company can demand refund of the payment made…Plz guide m<\/p>\n
