(1) These rules may be called the Punjab Goods and Services Tax (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2017.<br \/>\n(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the 15th day of November, 2017.<br \/>\n2. In the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the said <\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Plain text (Extract) only<\/strong><BR>For full text:-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxtmi.com\/notifications?id=124440\">Visit the Source <\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p> application, intimation, reply, declaration, statement or electronic issuance of a notice, order or certificate on the common portal shall, in respect of that process or procedure, include manual filing of the said application, intimation, reply, declaration, statement or issuance of the said notice, order or certificate in such Forms as appended to these rules.&#8221;.<br \/>\n5. In the said rules, after rule 107, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-<br \/>\n&#8220;107A. Manual filing and processing.-Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, in respect of any process or procedure prescribed herein, any reference to electronic filing of an application, intimation, reply, declaration, statement or electronic issuance of a notice, order or certificate on the common portal shall, in respect of that process or procedure, include manual filing of the said application, intimation, reply, declaration, statement or issuance of the said notice, order or certificate in such Forms as appended to these<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Plain text (Extract) only<\/strong><BR>For full text:-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxtmi.com\/notifications?id=124440\">Visit the Source <\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p>Additional or Joint Commissioner;<br \/>\n (b) the Additional Commissioner (Appeals) where such decision or order is passed by the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of State Tax or the State Tax Officer, within six months from the date of communication of the said decision or order.&#8221;.<br \/>\n7. In the said rules, in rule 124, &#8211;<br \/>\n(a) in sub-rule (4), for the second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:-<br \/>\n&#8220;Provided further that the Central Government with the approval of the Chairperson of the Council may terminate the appointment of the Chairman at any time.&#8221;; and<br \/>\n(b) in sub-rule (5), for the second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely: &#8211;<br \/>\n&#8220;Provided further that the Central Government with the approval of the Chairperson of the Council may terminate the appointment of the Technical Member at any time.&#8221;.<br \/>\n8. In the said rules, after the &#8220;FORM GST RFD-01&#8221;, the following forms shall be inserted, namely:-<br \/>\n&#8220;FORM-GST-RFD-01 A<br \/>\n[See rules 89(1) and 97A]<br \/>\nAppli<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Plain text (Extract) only<\/strong><BR>For full text:-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxtmi.com\/notifications?id=124440\">Visit the Source <\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">=  =  =  =  =  =  =  =<\/p>\n<p>d tax structure[under clause (ii) of first proviso to section 54(3)]<br \/>\n(e)<br \/>\nOn account of supplies made to SEZ unit\/ SEZ developer(with payment of tax)<br \/>\n(f)<br \/>\nOn account of supplies made to SEZ unit\/ SEZ developer (without payment of tax)<br \/>\n(g)<br \/>\nRecipient of deemed export<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDECLARATION [second proviso to section 54(3)]<br \/>\nI hereby declare that the goods exported are not subject to any export duty.
